Baseball & Softball Prep Camp

Welcome to On Point Fitness Club’s Baseball & Softball Prep Camp! This program has been specifically designed to prepare young athletes for the rigors of these high velocity and power sports. Participants will be given the opportunity to learn how to increase speed, strength, power, and prevent sports-related injuries.

With help from our friends at Empower Movement Physical therapy, each athlete will undergo a movement assessment that will identify weaknesses and provide context on how to improve them. Athletes will also be provided with an individualized “pre-game” warm up routine at the end of the camp. Athletes will then go through a full Speed/Agility/Quickness workout that touches on:
